pool open 24 hours, incredible location, fast and efficient check-in

The air conditioner was quite noisy, really difficult to control!!! The parking fee was outrageous at $30 per night!!! The entrance closest to downtown was out of order, causing inconvenience!!!

The location stands out as hard to beat, close to Old Town, the Arena, and the State Capitol. The friendly staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere, and the beer selection at the bar was impressive. However, the parking fees were quite high, which was unexpected. In addition, the clogged bathtub caused a frustrating wait for drainage, and there were issues with the room key malfunctioning twice during the stay.

I appreciated being just a few steps from the vibrant Old Town and also enjoyed the clean, modern room with a super comfortable bed, making it easy to relax after my city strolls.

My kids wished there was a mini fridge in the room for their snacks.

This hotel suits me perfectly with friendly staff, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. They helped me with local info on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable experience. I’m coming back for Christmas.

Nice place, but not for work trips

The staff here was super friendly, but my work trip was a mess. The pool was closed, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I ended up working from Starbucks which was a hassle. The local IPA at the lounge was awesome and the burger options were varied, just wish the veggie burger wasn’t a room temp quinoa disaster.

I loved my stay here. The location is perfect, just steps from great restaurants and shops. The bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The 24-hour pool was a great bonus! 🏊‍♂️

the holiday inn had spacious rooms and was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. the breakfast was served on china, which felt special, even though there was no bacon. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

Perfect for a concert! Just a quick stroll to the arena and Old Sacramento. The ribeye steak was a delightful surprise at dinner—seriously, who knew? !

The room felt like it was auditioning for a 'noisy highway sounds' reality show. And what’s with the missing microwave? Am I supposed to magically reheat my leftovers?
